The purpose of this note is to invite all of you to join
and register at the newly established Meycauayan Institute
(now College) alumni website so that we can have a database
of all our batchmates (name, address and phone numbers)
which we can use to contact each other. I'm planning to
organize a Class 1963 reunion in 2006 (yes, after 43 years!)
at Meycauayan College and it would be wonderful if most
of us could be there.

MI Class 63
We had a very successful meeting, as you
can see in the attached pictures. Our reunion date and
activities have been set -- Oct. 27-29, 2006. On Oct.
27, we will go to MC in the afternoon and to Max restaurant
for dinner. On Oct. 28, we will go to Tagaytay Highlands
for a day of outing, sponsored by Lino Villanue. On Oct.
29, we will have the main reunion party at our very own
Constantino Village in Marilao.
The following MI Class 63 attended the meeting
yesterday at Roy Mananquil's house in Colton, CA: Roy
Mananquil, Sid Dela Cruz, Greg Mendoza, Ellie Esguerra-Villamil,
Aurora Cantolino-Sioson, Antonina Cayton-Narciso, Rosario
Dela Cruz-Ilasco, Jaime San Luis, Teddy Putulin Crespo,
Lito Tandiama, Bienvenido Bautista, Marilou Abano-Milne.
We raised $1100+ amongst us here in the US/Canada
to fund the seed money to get the movement going. We hope
to raise a lot more so that we can some charitable work
for our less fortunate classmates and for the needy students
of MC.
In the Philippines, the organizing committee
is led by Lino Villanueva, Rolly Reyes, Emelita Herrera-Cubelo,
Pura Sarmiento, Benito Joson, Arturo Evangelista.
Attached are the pictures taken yesterday
at our mini-reunion at Roy & Linda Mananquil's residence
in Colton, California, USA. We had lotsa fun, as you can
tell from the pictures. To those who could not make it,
too bad -- we got to talk about you!!!!

Comments: I was with "The Goal
Seekers" under Aida Palencia. We have a group in
the Philippines that re-unites every time a resident from
abroad comes to visit. Last time in 2001, approximately
20 class members that met and that was fun.

Comments: A warm "Hello" from the windy city of
Chicago in Illinois. I am excited to hear that there are
plans for a class reunion sometime in 2006 (hopefully towards
the end of the year). We had a mini-reunion with some of
our classmates when I visited last February, 2004. I was
also able
to visit Mr. Rubio at his residence before he passed away.
He vividly remembered all of us.
