Attire:  White  T Shirt (w collar) -  MCAA to provide the sticker at the gate



Program

a)Registration  -  per batch ang folder   4-5pm
b)Video Presentation  - c/o MC and MCAA  10 mins
c)Invocation   5 mins
d)Anthem 3 mins
e)Welcome Remarks/ Roll Call of diff batches 3 mins
f)Dance
g)Games, Raffle   (in between dance)
h)Presentation of different batches
i)Launching of website
j)Awarding of Certificates / Photo ops
k)Closing remarks 

Activities:

a)Dance Presentation with music of their time minimum of ten persons - batch coord to inform MCAA ahead of time
b)Raffle draw – prizes from batch members din in cash or in kind / one sure gift per batch
c)Parlor games  - a batch or two will be assigned to prepare and conduct the games
d)Search for biggest delegation
e)Search for oldest Alumni present
f)Awarding of Certificates to guests/ faculty
g)Motorcade    April 18 2009 - 8 am- Batch 79 in charge
h)Fireworks Display during the homecoming

Tickets were already distributed to the batch coordinators  during the last meeting held on March 1, 2009. At least 16 batches were represented. Tickets were also distributed to those who were not able to attend; about 10 batches more. Deadline for remittance of tickets will be March 31, 2009.

Other batch coordinators have been contacting their batchmates abroad thru their respective email brigade.
